On the Borne To Creeate website find the handmade and sewn, limited edition product that you want. Add to your shopping basket. View your basket and checkout. Checkout – choose whether you are an existing customer or a new customer. When you place an order with Borne To Creeate, you can go to 'My Account' at any time to browse your order history. Also there is free shipping on all orders in the UK.

All handmade and sewn limited edition, arts and crafts creations, orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase and these are the methods of payment as follows: ​ PayPal Maestro Visa Visa Card Visa Debit If you are located in the UK, free shipping is included. If you are paying by card, your card must be registered to a UK address. In addition, if you are outside the UK you are liable for any custom taxes which are based on weight depending on your country importation tax laws.

Payments for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Borne To Creeate will only accept returns of hand made, sewn arts and crafts items, limited editions, hand made quilted creations, if contacted at bornetocreeate@hotmail.com or via phone at 07818 408200, within 14 days of receiving goods. A full refund will only be given if the item is faulty and returned in their original packaging, unused, quoting the order number and stating the reason for the return.

Borne To Creeate offer free delivery/shipping of all our arts and crafts hand made, sewn limited edition items within the UK only and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery. If you are not there to receive your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to contact the courier, to arrange re-delivery or collection. We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 -14 working days (excluding Bank holidays, customised orders will vary, this will be arranged with the customer).

Please read and check your details carefully to make sure that they are correct. If your details are incorrect, or if you need any help please contact our Customer Service Team on 07181 408200.
